Migrant
Health Newsline
The
Migrant Health Newsline has been continuously published
by the National Center for Farmworker Health since 1984. The
purpose of the Newsline is to provide an effective
and timely communication that will gather, disseminate, and
report on a wide range of issues relating to migrant health.
In addition to news briefs of regional and state current
events, Newsline also contains a regular section featuring
the latest Research results or ongoing studies. Other features
of Newsline include a calendar of upcoming conferences
and meetings, a column dedicated to highlighting available
resources, and a feature story on the Call for Health program.
The Migrant Health Newsline is a free publication
provided to readers throughout the country. Readers are encouraged
to submit articles and comments to the Newsline editor, Josh
Shepherd(
), related to farmworker health for review or publication.
