Farmworker Health Education Committee
Early in 2021, NCFH assembled a farmworker review committee to review and provide feedback on all materials produced by NCFH for this program. The group is composed of farmworkers in the western, southern, and eastern parts of the U.S. who have a range of agricultural work and immigration experiences. Committee members are paid a monthly stipend to provide regular feedback on health education materials, radio announcements, and farmworker surveys. Since committee members are based in the U.S., Mexico, and Honduras, all activities are conducted through WhatsApp, using voice recordings, text messages, and video chats. |
